You want your new watch to be perfect, select size and color? With us, you have the option to add 2 additional watches to your order. Initially, you only pay for the most expensive of the 3 watches.

This gives you the easy opportunity to find the watch you want and, for example, choose the perfect size (40 mm or 44/45 mm).

1. Simply let us know your 2 other desired watches in the comments field in the shopping cart.
   
2. After you have decided on a watch, you can send the other 2 watches back to us free of charge. You will receive the return label from us.

As an advantage of ordering directly via our online shop, we offer you free standard shipping for every purchase with a value of €100 or more.

Returning an order is also free of charge for you. You will receive a free return label from us.

We ask you to keep the watch in new condition when trying it on and to handle the watch carefully. It helps to ideally place the watch on smooth, soft surfaces. Of course, you can also wear the watch on your wrist. However, extensive testing (using) is not planned; after all, this would not be possible in a store.

We at BOTTA grant you a 4-week right of return. If you don't like it, you can simply send the watch back during this period, and we will refund you the entire purchase price if the watch returns to us in perfect condition.

To ensure that it stays that way, we recommend that service and repairs are only carried out by trained specialist personnel or directly at BOTTA. This will ensure that the service is carried out professionally. For automatic watches, we recommend a service after around 5 years (regardless of frequency of use) to prevent increased wear and tear caused by aging lubricants. Do you own a BOTTA quartz watch and would like to upgrade to a BOTTA watch with an automatic movement at a later date?

Then simply take part in the BOTTA trade-in program and trade in your old BOTTA quartz watch.

A particularly practical BOTTA feature will help you here. With the BOTTA cut-out models you can quickly and easily check the effect of your desired watch on your wrist.

1. Download the PDF document of your desired watch
2. Print the document. With a printer setting of 100% scaling, the watch model has exactly its original size.
3. Cut along the watch contour and the insertion tab on the bracelet.
4. Place the model on the wrist
5. Now you get a very good impression of the effect of the watch on your wrist. With a good color printer you can achieve a more realistic result.

Sustainable thinking and acting has always been very important to us. This is expressed above all in the longevity and maintenance-friendly construction of our watches.

In recent years we have also optimized our packaging for environmental compatibility: We consistently pack your order with ecological materials that are completely organic are degradable.

Instead of classic fillers for transport security, we use, for example, a self-developed shock protection system made from a one-piece molded cardboard box. The high-quality BOTTA watch case is made of a sturdy wooden material covered with paper - and also looks good.

By the way: Our gift packaging is also 100% recyclable. For extra joy when unpacking.

Water resistance is an important characteristic of wristwatches. That's why every BOTTA watch is tested for water resistance up to 5 bar. Our service helps you to maintain the water resistance.
